    That these screens are exactly the same as the screens in Google Drive. All Google did was add two new apps that look and work exactly the same way the same features work in Drive.

  • Yes, but why?

    That's the question being asked by a lot of those who have offered reviews in the Play Store.

    Google already had a means of doing this with Drive, then they added their (acquired) QuickOffice to the OS, which does more of the same. I mean, its not as if anyone who really has professional dealings with businesses actually uses Google's file structure for docs or spreadsheets (see also the argument against Apple's iWork), so why do it? Fragmentation of apps into those that have no real new purpose seems, ahem....counter-intuitive, shall I say?
