Good Technology is bringing in some experience to help lead the mobile solutions business while rounding out its C-level suite at the same time.

Here's a rundown on the new executives joining Good Technology, all three of whom will report directly to CEO Christy Wyatt:

  • Lynn Lucas as Chief Marketing Officer: Previously at Hewlett-Packard and Proxim, Lucas served most recently as vice president of Cisco's global collaboration marketing group, leading the overall marketing strategy for the networking giant’s $5 billion collaboration business.
  • Dan Stoks as Chief Revenue Officer: Stoks most recently served as vice president and general manager of HP's software unit. Stoks also held leadership roles at Oracle and Adexa.
  • Cheryln Chin as Senior Vice President of Operations: Previously at IBM and Sun Microsystems, Chin was corporate vice president of product management of Motorola's Android smartphone portfolio.

In the announcement, Good boasted that all together, these three "bring more than 60 years of experience leading strategic marketing, sales and channel programs."

Certainly, the new additions do bring considerable tech industry experience to the expanding Sunnyvale, Calif. operation.

But also while taking a quick glance at previous employers, a couple of these moves seem quite interesting.

Most notably, Stoks is moving over from HP's software unit — touted to be the fifth largest software business in the world — as it undergoes some turmoil following the Autonomy fallout.

Additionally, Chin is moving over to Good less than a year after Google acquired Motorola Mobility, which continues to be chopped up by the Internet giant — whether it be technology units sold off or layoffs altogether.
