Good Technology launches Mobile Workflow Builder

Mobile security provider Good Technology has released the Mobile Workflow Builder, a tool that combines mobile enterprise apps for use within business processes. 

According to the company, the tool allows organizations to leverage Good-secured mobile apps to augment existing mobile investments. It features a workflow gallery, and also generates a personalized PDF for created workflows that includes all mobile apps available to support that workflow.

Good Technology has an independent software vendor ecosystem of more than 1,200 applications focused on providing collaboration with secure app-to-app workflows. Good says it ensures the security of third-party ISV apps by publishing detailed security guidelines,and requiring ISVs to perform testing through an independent lab to verify compliance with Good's security requirements.

Citing research firm Forrester, which estimates that 75 percent of North American information workers use smartphones for mobile email, Good is hoping the tool will help it capitalize on organizations looking for the next phase in mobilizing their businesses.
