Summary: Samsung had a 7 inch Android tablet a couple of years ago, but we haven't seen as much excitement for this form factor until the release of the Asus manufactured Google Nexus 7.

    The power and volume buttons are found on the upper right hand side of the Nexus 7.

  • Nexus 7 on the HTC Flyer

    The Nexus 7 is thinner than the HTC Flyer and has a more modern design.

  • Nexus tablet and phone

    I am becoming more and more of a fan of the Nexus idea and now have a tablet and a smartphone from Google.

    I was redirected here to this web page to view the Nexus 7 and after 3 pictures I stopped looking. First, why don't the pictures have arrows on them so that I just click those instead of scrolling the web page up and clicking "next". Second, every time I clicked "next", the web page would reposition itself to the TOP of the page; forcomg me to scroll down again to see the next image. Really? Please, this is a web page of the 90's and I know you guys can do better. It's ZDNet for crying out loud.

    I love these slide shows! If I ever decide to end it all I'm going to bring up one of these awesome slideshows to push me over the edge. Really!! What is wrong with the blog format with imbedded pictures so I can just scroll through the article. Someone please stop these slideshows!!! I don't know anyone who likes tis format.
