    I already got the S3, but this would have been stiff competition for it in my mind. The slightly smaller screen would have been offset by the fact that none of it would be borrowed by the keyboard.

  • QWERTY Keyboard

    My wife has a Samsung 4G AT&T slider phone with a nice QWERTY keyboard, similar to the phone pictured here. Other than it's hard to put a skin on it and the Google OS, it's a nice phone. The 4G makes web browing faster than the 3G on my BB. Whoopidoo. I usually use the WiFi for web browsing anyway, so it's not that big a deal.

    Let's see, you can use it for phone calls, texting, web browsing, picture taking, music playing, etc... which makes it pretty much like every other so-called smart phone.

    She likes the large QWERTY keyboard on her Samsung better than the smaller one on the BB Torch. I still like the BB better. Oh, well.

    I have a Motorola Cliq with a slide out keyboard. With my big fingers, even a full sized keyboard is not immune from double keying.
    I do like a keyboard.
