This phase is to be the concluding part of the $65 million One Amatil Information System (OAisys) project and will address sales and order management systems, further changes to New Zealand systems, as well as work on CCA's Pacific Beverages operations and CCA corporate systems infrastructure, according to the company's financial report for the year to 31 December 2009.

Phase two was completed in October 2009 and delivered a platform upgrade to finance and human resources back-office systems, CCA's call centre, equipment service, warehousing, payroll, supply chain management and demand planning systems.

"In the second half, CCA's major Australian Supply Chain manufacturing and distribution execution systems were also implemented without any negative impact on customer service levels," CCA's report stated.

The company's financials listed OAisys as part of the company's major capital expenditure, which accounted for 7 per cent of net sales revenue in 2009 and is expected to increase to between 8 and 9 per cent in 2010. The company spent $26 million on the project in Australia and New Zealand in 2009, according to the report.

The upgrade is part of CCA's wider infrastructure capital investment plans known as Project Zero, which also included implementation of a $44 million automated warehouse system for its Eastern Creek and Northmead locations.
