  • I had a go at checking out the full ZDNet.com.au site — not the mobile one. It looked great. The ugly foot at the bottom of the device is actually helpful when typing. It makes it easier to hold the bulky phone in the heel of your hand and use two thumbs.

    Awesome, I want one. I saw one at the recent ruxcon, it was very distracting during the talk.
    Looking at the other zdnet article on optus' plans and prices though, I think it would be better to buy a developer version outright direct from google for 399USD...
    As for the lightsaber app, I prefer the fullscreen one on Symbian, but to each there own.
