Yep, I know. But our users are Power Users and not Admins on their PCs, yet still they get infected.

That being said, I know our network admins have elevated rights for everyone from time to time to deal with various issues, so that's probably what caused the increase in reported infections. We also switched to a new firewall a while back. The old one, which had very granular control and could block ActiveX, Java, and other web technologies, was discontinued. New firewall can't block specific web technologies. Now we're playing with ZENworks workstation policies to try to shut off ActiveX enterprise-wide.

*sigh* One step forward, two steps back...
