Cwshredder and Hijack This
I have spent most of May removing malware, spyware, et. al. I have found 3 programs that will almost always take care of the problem. Reloading the OS is not necessary. Run CWShredder, Hijack This and the AdAware to fix IE and the OS. CWShredder removes the most malicious of the Spyware easily. Hijack This lets you remove browser hijacking's (remove anything that comes up in the "BHO" lines.) Then use Adaware to clean up the rest of it. Your computer should be back to normal in no time.
