Oh, I agree that cookies for tracking logins, etc are generally OK. I don't know much about "Avenue A" (the cookie in question), but Spybot's message is that "They say they don?t do tracking no more." I've gotten Avenue A warnings from a couple of other sites when their pop-up ads start to load, so I'm a little suspicious.
