Someone who has the correct information..................
I came across this website today and somethings that I read about fraudilent activities pertaining to the IVR system in general that 'just anybody can make payments or access someone's acct'. I am a full time employee and have been with the company for along time. It is true that the cell phone industry is not perfect, none of them are. I was a customer of another cell company for along time so I do know being of the end of both, customer and employee. There are some "MISINFORMATIONS" that your website has things incorrect. At the company we DO NOT just allow anyone to gain access to someones acct, there are very high security measures in place that is fact. How would it be for a company to just allow anyone to have access to someone's information even through anytype of automated system. The company has a great repretation with the public because of it's high standard of customer service excellence.
