The nice part of IBM's Bladecenter is their push to take out all the moving parts. Really, no moving parts. HPaq was crazy enough to put a zillion little fans on their blades, which really messes up MTBF. IBM put the redundant hot swap fans on the chassis, so you aren't messing with the server.
