I wonder about some of these journalists who write so glowingly about IS.Have they checked the IS Yahoo user group (moderated by IS's public relations consultant) recently? More than a few long-time, loyal users have similar complaints about the mail being unintuitive and hard to use, features that don't work, features they have liked being arbitrarily dropped -- and especially this: lack of meaningful communication with the company. Having the company's pr consultant moderate the group just means we are chastized for mentioning other programs by name now, but we still have not heard from any company official who can respond with knowledge about the queries raised by users.

Reading your review, it is hard to reconcile it with the real experience of IS users who like the program and want to be able to use it without the headaches. I used it for a while, saw the potential, but also saw better programs that did parts -- though not all -- of what IS attempts to do, and did it better. ADM 3, Ariadne and MDE InfoHandler are three good examples.
