You gotta wonder
I can understand why you ask the question. I'd wonder, too.

My answer, first of all I think the software has some potential. Second, I recognize that there are a lot of loyal users who are frustrated as hell and increasingly looking for alternatives (just as I was and did). Third, I think that IS users, especially those with valid concerns, deserve better. Fourth, I have a problem with an independent Yahoo group being taken over by the p.r. consultant for the developer. As a former p.r. consultant it strikes me as a conflict of interest.

If you think my rants are out of line, read what some of the continuing users have had to say on the group. Are they all wrong? Malcontents, who should simply be told, as seems to be the case, "trust me, the company takes your concerns seriously."
