Agreed. FM is a hidden jewel
So many people dismiss FileMaker without knowing its abilities. I have personally made web-enabled trouble ticket, problem tracking solutions in a few days with FileMaker. To get the equivalent functionality would have cost tens of thousands of dollars for Remedy or similar software. That on top of the costs for an DBMS back end - and it would have taken far longer to get it installed and ready to go.
