Other good database/web tools
Two tools that are simple for the rest of us:

1. Trellix, by the creator of VisiCalc, Dan Bricklin. I have used this tool for several years (perhaps 8?) to quickly create 'threads' on a topic, to gather pre-existing documentation under one sub-web. It is a drag-and-drop tool, with a visual 'map' of the accumulated pages.

2. Tango Editor, from Everywhere. I have used this tool to quickly create database oriented websides for several (perhaps 7?) years. It uses the databases available on the network or on the PC, and allows 'drag and drop' functionality.
