While you could wait for someone to run an article, it is really not a big deal to download Opera and install it on your computer. If you really, really are in love with IE, you can configure Opera to look like it (though only God knows why). Plus you can configure Opera to report to the visited site that it is IE, therefore you should not have the issues that some other browsers have.
Do you remember the tag line Avis used to use - "We try harder" Well that can certainly be said about any other browser. MS got complacent when they got their target marketshare. IE has always been the inferior browser.
