I have to agree with cy

I help users with tasks all day that could easily be explained by pressing F1. Computers are advanced machines, and Microsoft has done a great job of creating such an easy GUI that most anyone can sit down to a computer and accomplish remedial tasks, that once you would have had to have 20 hours of college classes to accomplish. These computers do require maintenance though. Not just the normal stuff (Defragment, Scandisk, Empty the temp directories) that could be compared to maintenance on a car. Imagine if there were people walking the streets that would break into your car, install a special steering wheel, that instead of taking you to work, would take you to your nearest adult bookstore, and then let the air out of your tires. You'd protect yourself from that wouldn't you? If you could stop this from happening by reading 2 hours a MONTH, wouldn't you do it? Asking a company to produce a product that can't be broken is unreasonable. Unless that company is ACE and you need a comb. Americans are just too lazy, we want something for nothing, and then complain when it breaks (anyone here got a cell phone lately). If your not willing to do what you gota do to run Microsoft, don't buy it. Download Linux and learn the 437 commands you need to run it.
