Microsoft apologists
I hope anyone that bothers to read this thread can see through the thinly veiled corporate apologists presenting their shrill point of view. The earlier reply that MS had nobly enabled "empty heads" to use a computer makes my case. How about designing an appliance and software that users don't need to read a frickin' tome to understand or regularly download fixes. Think tv or blender.

p.s. I own MSFT, but am only waiting until they announce a larger dividend to unload.
