    Literally, the only external difference between the latest iPad revision and the 3rd-gen is the plug. For clarity, the top iPad is the latest, 4th-gen version.

    Some Apple devices have a history of bad WiFi connectivity, but here, it appears as though the WiFi cards are different in each new iPad. The menu on the left is on the 4th-gen iPad, which picks up more wireless networks than the iPad mini does, as seen on the right.

    There are no major "differences between the iPad mini and the 4th-generation iPad"

    Which leaves this article looking like an Apple-sponsored advertorial or at best an excuse to show as many pictures of Apple products as possible. :)
