  • Lenovo's Ideatab A2109A has a quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor and a nine-inch screen.

As with the S2110A, the A2109A has a micro-HDMI port for high-definition output to TV sets.

It is slightly lighter than the S2110A, at 570g, but not all its specifications are better. Indeed, its main camera only has a 3-megapixel resolution.

  • The smallest of Lenovo's new bunch is the Ideatab A2107A, which has a seven-inch screen.

The device will find itself up against Google's Nexus 7. Without pricing, it is hard to tell how it will fare in that competition, although it does come in a 3G-capable variant as well.

According to Lenovo, both the A2107A and A2109A benefit from "the same metal alloy roll cage inspired by Lenovo ThinkPad products".

It may be said that the phrases "the same" and "inspired by" are not easily reconciled with one another.
