Lenovo has rolled out pieces of its "client to cloud" strategy, which allow users to couple their PCs with cloud computing.
Lenovo said on Tuesday its Cloud Ready Clients, which include all ThinkPad laptops and ThinkCentre desktops powered by Intel's latest chips, are available. In a nutshell, Lenovo and Intel are using APIs to connect hardware to cloud apps.
The company also announced Lenovo Secure Cloud Access (SCA). This effort uses Stoneware's webNetwork, which improves cloud-app and device interaction. Lenovo will use SCA to give users access to their web or local Windows applications on any device with a browser.
