Company officials said the union will enable publishing and marketing clients to more effectively interact and advertise to relevant audiences across all mobile devices and marketing channels.

AdMobius features an experienced data science and technology team and strong partnerships across the mobile ad-tech ecosystem. The company helps its partners target large cross-device audiences by demographics and interests through standard, custom and private audience segments.
Mobile ad spending is expected to eclipse more than $18 billion this year and surge to nearly $42 billion by 2017.
