Essentially, McAfee is aiming to provide a set of solutions that are touted to offer optimal security with less of an impact on server resources and also not jeopardizing performance.

Aimed to specifically protect servers, databases, and virtual desktops, these new Data Center Security Suites are boasted to provide "a unique combination" of whitelisting, blacklisting, AV and virtualization technologies.

Businesses have four security suite options to choose from, and some of the features consist of database activity monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and virtualization support capabilities on all types of servers, which are licensed per Hypervisor.
