Motorola Pro arrives with Qwerty keyboard

    Motorola has unveiled the Pro, an enterprise-focused Android smartphone with a physical Qwerty keyboard.

    The Motorola Pro, which uses version 2.2 (Froyo) of Google's mobile operating system, was announced at Mobile World Congress on Monday.

    The Motorola Pro is very much targeted at business users.

    As well as its physical keyboard, it also comes pre-loaded with Quickoffice, a mobile producitivity suite. The handset has AuthenTec IPSec VPN integration, which means that each IP packet travelling the network is encrypted and authenticated. In addition, IT administrators can remotely wipe the device and SD card if needed.

    The handset also supports complex passwords, and it features device and SD-card encryption.
