The lawsuit, filed in a Superior Court in Washington state, claims that Internext Media and its distribution partner violated an agreement with 180Solutions. Aztec Marketing distributes Internext Media's Web browser toolbar.
180Solutions, based in Bellevue, Wash., is seeking monetary relief and the immediate removal of its programs from Aztec's systems.
