Panels to address W3C issues

Summary

The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) on Monday commenced its Technical Plenary and Working Group Meeting Event in Cannes-Mandelieu, France.

Panels will address high-profile issues before the consortium, including the function of the newly formed Technical Architecture Group, charged with steering the consortium's strategic direction; W3C efforts in the area of Web standards; and the Semantic Web, an initiative to make the Web more accessible to software agents and other applications.
