SuSE offers StarOffice 6 with Linux

On June 24, German Linux seller SuSE will begin offering Pro-Office CD, a $24.95 product that includes Sun Microsystems' StarOffice 6 as well Linux software updates and version 3.0.1 of the KDE graphical interface, the company said Monday.

Sun charges Linux sellers a fee to ship version 6 of StarOffice, much less than the $76 it charges retail customers but still more than the free version 5.2.
