At the heart of the global service centre sits the contact team — a bank of operators who act as the first point of contact when there's an issue for a DiData customer.

Inside the Sydney global service centre's "strong room". The strong room is named as such because it is certified to the stringent security standards set by the Defence Signals Directorate for high profile, confidential work.

The office is peppered with smaller scale "war rooms" for crisis situations. In here, staff can liaise with clients and international teams in the case of a more serious outage or incident.

Each meeting room is named after a famous explorer in the Sydney centre. Staff were asked to vote on which naming scheme they wanted, with each office having its own name. For example, DiData's South African office has meeting rooms named after sports stars.
