NYC readers: Join us tonight to discuss hybrid clouds

Summary: Will 2013 be the year of the hybrid cloud infrastructure? I don't know, but I'm moderating a panel discussion of experts who do. Join us.

No, actor Ryan Gosling will not be there.

Are you a ZDNet reader in the New York City metropolitan area?

Have some time on your hands tonight?

Skip the TV dinner and come out to the New York Technology Council's latest panel discussion, "Public vs Private: Integrating Hybrid Cloud in the Enterprise."

Aside from the fact that it's a relevant topic, yours truly is moderating. Drinks, discussion, data: what's not to love?

The illustrious panel NYTC has assembled includes QTS' Shelagh Montgomery, Verizon Terremark' Jim Anthony, IBM's William Whelpley and Microsoft's Eric Rosenkranz. We plan on having a grand old time, and if you're around, we'd love to have you.

The event -- which, again, is tonight! -- begins at 6 p.m. ET. It will be held at Anchin, which is located at 1375 Broadway (23rd Floor) in Manhattan. The talk is free for NYTECH members and $20.00 for non-members.

I can't promise that hybrid clouds are going to be more exciting than a night with Mr. Gosling, but we'll do our very best. See you tonight.
