PayPal releases frozen Wikileaks money

Online payments giant PayPal has decided to release the donations that had been sent to the whistleblower website Wikileaks before it restricted its account, quoting a breach of terms of service. However, there won't be any more funds flowing through, as Wikileaks is still banned from using PayPal.
