  • A tablet PC replaces the sketchbook for one caricature artist in London's Leicester Square

London's Leicester Square with its bars and cinemas is a popular destination for tourists, and many have their portraits and caricatures drawn by the resident artists.
  • But for one day Emil has swapped his notebook and charcoal for a tablet PC. And instead of sending tourists on their way clutching their caricature on paper, he is emailing them out via a wireless net connection.

  • So silicon.com sent down a human guinea pig, business editor Steve Ranger, to test it out. Note the anxious look as the artist starts work.
