  • If you want to be able to do 100 pushups in 6 weeks then this is the app for you.  This training program takes 30 minutes of your time each week. See how many pushups you can do for the initial test and follow the appropriate column.

    If you had started doing this on January 1st, you could impress your love by completing 100 pushups on Valentines day. However, starting this program now will get you fit in time for spring.
