Beejive is so much better, if you are into web apps

I discovered Beejive (which is a web app - just google it in your iPod/iPhone browser) last week, and it is so fantastic that I didn't even consider installing the AIM app. Beejive allows you to connect to aim, yahoo, msn, gchat, and more . . . all with a really impressive, useful interface. It's 100% free and you should really check it out... I am really surprised more people don't know about it, because it is completely superior to every other chatting web app I've heard about.

Social networking is cool, and alot of these apps seem nice. The issue is that it brings on a need to let everyone know where you are and what you're doing. Is that the kind of thing that we want our society to become? And what if you do decide that tonight you're gonna log off...you're never gonna get a peaceful night since everyone will be calling to ask what's going on.

If its between people you know/want, yes.. it's good for society.
And because it's optional, you can turn it off with "do not disturb"
whenever you want.

If though, it is made mandatory, constant, and you lose control of
who is watching you.. THEN it is very bad for society.

All these apps to fling information all over the world and stuff..
and I think the coolest one is the app for showing information
across a room. Sweet.
