Running into a Web 404 page is a lot like reaching into a bag of pop-corn and pulling out un-popped seeds: Upsetting and mildly annoying. There you are wanting to get the next tasty Web page, but instead you just get something stuck in your teeth. It doesn't have to be that way. 404, Web page not found, messages can be funny. Here are some of the best I've found in my 20+ years on the Web. Enjoy!

    This is Gretchen Moll who portrayed the legendary Ms. Page in the movie "The Notorious Bettie Page" and this is one of the slicks used to promote the pic. Still, it is nice to ponder.
