    I disagree. I had a similar configuration;
    Amd x2 64 4600
    MSI K9AGM2
    Vista
    Patriot 2X1GB
    WD Caviar 500GB
    Samsung 18XDVD Burner
    Evga 7600GS 256MB pci-e sli

    Purchased around this time last year, for 3 times what you've quoted. I was terribly frustrated with this machine until memory prices began dropping this year and I purchased 2X2MB of Kingston memory. Finally, the machine showed decent responsiveness, but not until Vista had 4MB of memory and seperate video.

      Don't you mean 4GB of memory, not 4MB ??
