The XPS One was an average attempt. Good, but not good enough. What Apple understands is that sexy AND subtle is what sells (in the US and Europe). Dell is brash and sexy. Their other problem is that they don't control what appears on the screen--Microsoft does.
stuff at the ow end with the name Dell on it. Therefore no
one wants to buy high end stuff with the Dell branding. It
doesn't matter how good their design is or isn't.
Their best bet is to give alienware as much room as possible
and derive big profits there.
at least they're not just following apple like hp.
effort in color should have been a better one. The colors are
boring and common.
I guess they are trying, but not quite there yet.
