Fresh from indications that its top tablet competitor is releasing iPad 2.0 shortly, HP takes the wraps off its 9.7-inch TouchPad tablet. HP's long-rumored tablet will be powered by webOS, a 1.2GB Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, come with 16GB or 32GB storage, and weigh 1.6 pounds. In this gallery, we'll take a look at TouchPad and what it does - followed by the web OS phones that HP also announced.

For more specs, read Rachel King's blog and for more details read Sam Diaz's blog.

No prices, carriers, or availability have been announced. It is expected to be available this summer. Larry Dignan says the phone's success will be based on price.
