  • The bottom left and upper left straps are held in place by rivets that are mounted inside the pocket to keep your iPad 2 safe.

  • The upper right securing point is an elastic strap that you attach last when inserted your iPad 2.

  • The iPad 2 has a rear facing camera and as you can see when you first buy and use an Oberon Design case your camera will be usable, but not centered. Over time the leather gets worn in and the camera should end up centered in the opening.

  • Nice looking but...

    Cost = Ouch
    Can't justify the cost benefit for that.

    I picked up a Toblino 2 leather case for mine that also utilizes the open/close on/off function - full front and back protection for $35.....

    I does look nice but it doesn't seems to be a very sturdy "case".

    Hmmm. I still prefer my rooCASE. It zippers all the way around to completely protect the iPad and it also has a removable 2nd case that velcros into the zippered case so that the iPad is still protected when out of the big case. I secured a magnet inside the flap of the case and now it has the open/on function of many other cases. It is a little bulkier than other cases, but I'd rather have the protection! If Oberon had a case similar to my rooCASE, I'd be sold - the one thing I miss with my rooCASE is that it could be a little more stylish. It is fun and bright pink, but a nice tooled leather design would be nice too!
