Once the VPN connection is created, Windows Vista users can connect to the VPN using the Connect link found within the Network And Sharing Center. Clicking the Connect link displays this dialog box (which is used to create the VPN connection).

but how do you actually make the vpn??? There are a
thousand tutorials for connecting to an already
exhistant VPN (resident on a different network) what I
am looking for is how to create a vpn (residing on my
network) and connect to it from my laptop and iPhone
when im on the go.
This is the only tutorial ive found:
