  • Windows Vista's Network console. Click Network And Sharing Center to proceed.

  • The Network And Sharing Center appears. Click Connect To A Network (or Set Up Connection Or Network).

  • The Connect To A Network window will appear. Highlight Set Up A Connection Or Network and click Connect.

    but how do you actually make the vpn??? There are a
    thousand tutorials for connecting to an already
    exhistant VPN (resident on a different network) what I
    am looking for is how to create a vpn (residing on my
    network) and connect to it from my laptop and iPhone
    when im on the go.
    This is the only tutorial ive found:
