Microsoft is introducing Silverlight, a Web browser plug-in for playing media and running interactive Web applications, at the National Association of Broadcasters trade show. The company also is announcing publishers and advertising agencies that plan to work with the software, formerly code-named Windows Presentation Foundation/Everywhere.
