Summary: With Office 365, Microsoft is planning to offer a number of different plans at a variety of price points, hoping to entice enterprises, SMBs and academia to choose Microsoft over Google Apps and other competitors.

There are two types of Office 365 for Enterprise plans: Plan K (for "kiosk" workers) and Plan E (for information workers). Plan K doesn't include messaging and collaboration features or functionality.

    cardlock access /ie. microsoft corporate door access system OR what? And should customer have to set up a domain for their own users to allow them to manage users ?

    What does P plan offer for $6 that Google Apps doesn't for free? I think that this could still be a hard sell for lots of people. In my case, I want to sync flawlessly email, calendar and contacts between Outlook for Mac, iPhone and iPad, and it is not working well with Google Apps, specially the calendar, so it might be interesting for me in particular.
