Microsoft Zune HD portable media player revealed
Summary: Microsoft has unveiled official photos of its Zune HD portable media player. The player is rumored to support streaming music, offer a 'Zune Marketplace,' cost around $249 for a base 16GB model (in addition to a 32GB model and a rumored 64GB model), boast full support for 720p video though its HDMI out port and perhaps arrive in September.

The iPod Touch has far too large a following for ANY competitor to price only slightly cheaper. Apple's mature App Store alone is an 800 lb gorilla.

Nothing really new with the Tegra..
market has not been doing for 10-15 years. This includes WinMo,
iPhone and Pre devices.

Personally, the previous Zunes have looked rather
enticing to me, so adding an HD radio sweetens the
deal. Too bad I don't have an HDMI jack on my old
TV(which I don't use much anyway), otherwise that
could be a selling point too.
