Setting up the Phoenix
A group of workers from Microsoft's Windows unit is among 34 teams competing in Red Bull's annual Flugtag flying competition.

The team arrived in Long Beach, Calif., on Friday to set up the Phoenix ahead of Saturday's event.

I see a dangerous defect on the left wing. May be a cause for a security patch.

Maybe during the flight they can apply some hotfixes too. Hope they took some duct tape and bubble gum.

Hope it doesn't crash.

I predict it will be infected with malware, able to make only left turns, and crash in a Blue Scream of Death within the week.

But it should be able to remain airborne for more than 6 seconds once they revise the design a couple times and get to version 3.0. wink

Seriously, though, nice effort and good luck, guys!
