  • The  Enterprise 2.0 product market, far from dying down, continues to see new entrants.  Here are 10 recent product releases that address the needs of organizations large and small across the social business spectrum, from workforce collaboration and social analytics to marketing optimization and Social CRM.

    First up: MindLink enables organizations to create engaged team-based communities that feature open, transparent collaboration between knowledge workers via a topic-based structure. The social tool is also intended to improve productivity by eliminating email overload and includes Microsoft Lync integration.

  • Social Lair allows enterprises to integrate the company's new gamification engine with existing applications to increase employee engagement through use of virtual currency, emergent user ranking, non-monetary incentives and peer recognition.
