I want a browser on the iPod, that doesn't transmit the fact that it is a mobile device, so we don't end up with those crap mobile versions of the websites.

It might be a mobile device, but it is designed to handle proper web pages... so let's have them.

Going to check this out. I like Safari, but I also like options. And of course there will not be flash. Apple/Jobs has made that one clear.

Safari on the iPod Touch/iPhone is really pokey. I bet the Opera browser is much faster and more optimized.

But, I guess we're still waiting on Flash, unfortunately. Until Apple allows Flash, the web experience on both the Mini iPads and the iPad will be second-rate.
