Hewlett-Packard CEO Mark Hurd tells attendees at Oracle OpenWorld on Sept. 20 about a joint effort with Oracle called "Optimize for Agility." The project will enable the two companies' management software to exchange information about events and equipment status, so that system administrators can more easily detect system problems.
