The software has keylogger capabilities. This allows the 'agent' to see the password that is being entered to encrypt the files, and file access gives the 'agent' access to the encrypted volume.

    Well, some very old advice works here: If you don't want anyone to see it, do not put it on the internet. EVERY IP your data goes thru (up to 30, sometimes) is a potential place to sniff out data by anyone at every one of those nodes. It isn't the police most of you should worry about.
