Well, it's a tablet. While not the most exciting design in the world, the Acer Iconia Tab A200 has a bit more visual flare than the Acer A500 from 2011.

I just playe dwith one of these in a Best Buy Mobile. It does feel thick next to a Transformer Prime, but is reasonably light, and for $350.00 not a bad deal.
Full sized USB? Honestly, the only thing I can think of that I might want to plug into a tablet and that has a built-in full sized USB cable would be a joystick. Even portable hard drives come with separate USB cables.
